Hula hooping can be a full body experience, not just about waist hooping. Exercises that stretch and mobilise the upper and lower body are great for increasing flexibility and coordination skills, and can help to support mental health. The pace can be gentle and slow for those less able, or faster for those looking to increase fitness and build muscle.
